If there couldn't of been a more timely boost for Gareth Southgate then none get better than this for the Middlesbrough Manager.
Boro face Hull City in a six pointer on Saturday at the Riverside and as Southgate reveals its good news from the treatment table.
Adam Johnston and Chris Riggott have both come through this week unscathed and could well be up for selection on Saturday.
Riggott has been out since the 7th February with a knee injury and Johnston who missed the defeat to Bolton has suffered with an ankle problem.
The other good news is that Didier Digard is making good progress in his rehabilitation and has been working hard at the French national football academy at Clairefontaine.
Didier injured his knee in a tackle with Lee Cattermole back in February and with the treatment going well, could he be back before the end of the season?
