ALAN Shearer has already set about stamping his own mark on the Newcastle United camp by insisting the squad must eat together after training.
When the Geordie legend was a player under Sir Bobby Robson it was a rule that the team were only dismissed from lunch on his say so.
And Big Al, having promised to take what he can from each of the managers he served under, has wasted no time in implementing some early changes.
"We have changed one or two things," said the Magpie boss.
"We can't address everything because we're only here for seven weeks."When Bobby came in to Newcastle, he made everyone sit down and eat together.
"It's just a small thing, but I think it gets the players together as a team."
